On October 1, 2011, the Hecktown Volunteer Fire Company participated in the "Touch A Truck" fundraising event for the Nazareth Memorial Library. Engine 5311 was on display along with apparatus from stations 50 (Vigilance Hose of Nazareth) and 54 (Upper Nazareth Fire Department).

In addition to the fire apparatus, equipment from local highway departments was on display including a dump truck and snow plow from Lower Nazareth Township. Many vehicles from local businesses were on display also.

Local Scouts were on hand to assist with all of the vehicles. The HVFCo. would like to especially thank Garrett for all of his assistance with Engine 5311.

Congratulations to the library for a successful and well received event.
