The Hecktown Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched at 18:31 on December 21 for a motor vehicle accident with rescue on Hollo Road in the area of Route 248. 5351 responded to the scene and found one vehicle versus a tree with the driver entrapped. Station 17 ALS initiated patient care followed by 53 EMS. 5312 arrived on scene and went to work on the vehicle with the Hurst tools. 5351 requested Rescue 5041 (Vigilance Hose of Nazareth Borough) to the scene for additional equipment and man-power. Units worked together to extricate the patient and package for transport to a local hospital.
