At 13:52 hours, the Hecktown Vol. Fire Company was alerted for a brush fire in the area of 695 Nazareth Pike. 5352 (AC Hinkel) arrived and reported an active fire on the side of the road 50 yards in length and established 53 Command. 5342 arrived and went in service with the front turret knocking down the fire. 5342 crew assisted with raking the hot spots. The fire was placed under control and units released.
