On Tuesday, March 13, 2012 Station 53 was alerted at 1405 to assist The Vigilance Hose Company of Nazareth (Station 50) at a working dwelling fire at 40 North Green Street in the Borough. 5341 and 5343 made the response with their crews assisting in various roles at the fire scene.
The most severe damage was contained to the building of origin with minor smoke, heat, and water damage to the attached exposures.
Thanks to the crew from Nancy Run (Station 14) for handling the cover assignment at Station 53.
