Well Involved Van on Route 33

The HFCo. was alerted at 16:59 hrs. for a vehicle fire on Route 33 southbound at mile marker 6.6. Engine 5311 responded with staffing of 5. NC911 updated the call to a well-involved vehicle fire. 5353 (AC Hinkel) arrived on scene, confirming the info. and Established 53 Command. 5311 arrived on scene, crew deployed the bumper line and extinguished the fire. Tender 5331 staged at Route 33 and 248.
