Fire Station 53 along with EMS 17 were dispatched at 00:02 for a person trapped under a pallet jack at C&S Wholesale Distribution. Reports from the scene indicated a person had their leg pinned under a 2500 lb. ride-on pallet jack. 5341 and EMS 17 arrived on scene followed by 5351. 5351 was directed to the patient in the center of the warehouse and found one patient face down with his leg pinned by the pallet jack. Crews from 5341 and 5312 used air bags and cribbing to free the patient after EMS 17 had stabilized him. The patient was transported to a local hospital by EMS 17.
