On April 1, 2022, members of the truck committee traveled to the 4-Guys Fire Truck plant in Meyersdale, PA to do the final inspections and take delivery of the new 5341. The committee made final adjustments to equipment placement and inspected the vehicle. The truck was taken to the pump test area for a demo and training and then out for a road test. After arriving in Hecktown, the truck was lettered by Danz Lettering and has had additional equipment placed on board. Members are currently participating in operator training. The unit is expected to be placed in service in the coming weeks.
