The Hecktown Vol. Fire Co. #1 was dispatched for a vehicle fire on the Route 33 MM 6.9 SB. 5353 (Asst Chief Hinkel) advised the Northampton County 911 to dispatch an Engine from F27 (Palmer Municipal Fire Department) due to the extreme temperatures and time of day. 5353 arrived to find a pick-up truck pulling a flat bed trailer well involved. 5312 arrived and attacked the fire with 1 3/4 handline, 5331 and 2713 staged.
