The HVFCo and Palmer Municipal Fire Department (2713) were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with rescue on the southbound entrance ramp to Route 33 from Route 248 at 08:40 hours. 2713 and 5341 responded with 2752 (AC Carr) establishing the command. Arriving units found a cement tanker on its side with the driver self-extricated. Units secured hazards and controlled traffic. A heavy tow from Fast Lane Towing up-righted and removed the tractor and trailer.
