Fire 53 received a call to the station from a resident reporting ducklings in a storm drain in the Trio Fields development. 5342 (AC Hinkel) investigated and found a group of 10 ducklings trapped in two different storm drains. 5344 (Chief Seip) brought additional equipment to the scene and FF C. Seip entered the drains, gathered the ducklings, and placed them in a bucket. After securing all ten, they were released back to Mom who was watching from a short distance away. Everyone cleared the scene to continue on with their Mother's Day activities. Happy Mother's Day to all of the Moms out there!
