On March 19, 2014 at 1746 the HVFCo along with Bethlehem Twp. EMS 17 were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with injuries in the area of 677 Nazareth Pike. Initial reports indicated on vehicle versus a pole with one person injured. 5351 (Chief Seip) responded to the scene and found one vehicle off the road with a pole sheered and hanging by the wires. Rescue 5341 responded and assisted EMS with patient packaging. The crew also secured hazards and assisted with traffic control. Traffic 5349 also responded and assisted with traffic control at the scene. EMS transported one patient to a local hospital.
